PURPOSES AND GROUNDS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Any personal data is processed primarily for the purpose of your use of the solutions offered by the Administrator. We may process personal data if it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests, e.g. for marketing of our own services and products. We process only the data necessary to use the solutions offered and to purchase the products we offer; we never request sensitive data. We also process some data when we are obliged to do so by law, such as for accounting or tax purposes.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

We store all data for the period of your use of the solutions offered by the Administrator, i.e. for the time necessary for the performance of the contract, subject to the obligations imposed on us by law The data may be stored longer when specific provisions oblige us to do so. In a situation where the basis for the processing of personal data is the consent given, the data is kept until the consent is withdrawn.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not share customers’ personal data with third parties, in particular, we do not trade such data. We may transfer your personal data without your consent to third parties only to the extent necessary for the performance of the agreements between us and you, i.e. for the purposes of, among others, accounting services, or services related to the operation and maintenance of the website.

USER RIGHTS

At any time the client may request that his/her personal data be deleted from the administrator’s database. The customer may also revoke the granted consents for processing his data at any time. If the processed data is inconsistent with reality or incomplete, the customer has the right to request rectification or completion. At any time, the customer may request the transfer of all his data processed by the administrator. The customer has the right to object to the processing of his personal data. The objection is filed with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. The provision of personal data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract and is a statutory requirement for the fulfillment of obligations under the law. Failure by you to provide personal data will result in the inability to use the Application, i.e. to conclude an agreement and its execution.

COOKIES

The website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
